Bell Media

Communications

During my time with Bell Media's Communications department, I was on

the Talent & Partnerships team. My day-to-day tasks involved managing a variety of corporate sponsorships and liaising with clients on different promotional opportunities and brand activations. Scroll down for more details on the partnerships I oversaw.

In partnership with Content Canada, Bell Media has developed its own Industry Suite, a web page profiling the company and content it produces. The page comes complete with a feature article, contact information, and a video playlist with some of Bell Media's latest projects.

Throughout the month of September 2020, Content Canada hosted its Digital Summit, a virtual experience that puts Canada's content industry into perspective. The Summit featured a series of panels, masterclasses, keynote interviews and more, all accessible online.

As part of the Summit, Bell Media prepared two panels:

The Women Behind CTV’s JANN

Iconic singer-songwriter and comedy star Jann Arden was featured alongside the powerful team of women behind the hit series in this exclusive masterclass.

The women behind CTV’s “JANN” took centre stage for a funny, entertaining and informative look at the series’ success, and how it is empowering women in front of and behind the camera.

HireBIPOC

The HireBIPOC initiative, a Canadian, screen-based, industry-wide roster of crew and creatives, has

a simple objective: to get more BIPOC hired.

This panel explores solutions to closing employment gaps in the entertainment media landscape at every level, how diversity in front of and behind the camera enriches content, the commitments among broadcasters to adapt and progress, and what it will take to make diversity and inclusion a condition of greenlight for productions.
